Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Be in their original condition.

  • Include all original tags and packaging.

  • Show no signs of damage caused by the customer.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Items damaged through normal wear, misuse, or improper care.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your order number.

  • The reason for the return.

  • Photos of the item if it is damaged or defective.

Our team will provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can quickly evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or color, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a product defect, shipping error, or incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
