The Made In Stainless-Steel Saucier is built from 2.7mm-thick, 5-ply stainless steel for fast, even heating and excellent heat retention — the rounded interior shape (a hallmark of a true saucier) makes it easy to whisk sauces, custards, and risottos into every corner of the pan without missed spots.

A proprietary hollow Stay Cool Handle™ is designed to dissipate heat and stay comfortable to hold even during long stovetop sessions, and the stainless lid has a rolled rim for spill-proof, drip-free pouring. The pan is safe to use with metal utensils, so there's no need to baby it with silicone or wood only.

Made without BPA, PFOA, PTFE, lead, or cadmium. Compatible with every cooktop type including induction, and oven- and broiler-safe up to 800°F — notably higher than standard tri-ply or 5-ply cookware. Dishwasher-safe, though hand-washing is recommended for best long-term results. Not for microwave use.
